Emina Doda, MA

Psychotherapist | Trauma Therapist

I am a licensed psychologist, trauma therapist, and somatic therapist with over 10 years of experience in providing mental health services for children and adults. My therapeutic approach is integrated and involves working with both the mind and body, helping you shift focus from mental analysis toward bodily sensations, where trauma and difficult emotional experiences are often stored. I work with adults on issues such as trauma, anxiety and depression, relationship difficulties, fears and phobias, parenting challenges, workplace stress, school-related difficulties, and self-development processes. I invite you to schedule your first free consultation session to see if working with me is the right choice for you. I offer services online in both Albanian and English.
